Testimonials

Dear Skip I just listened to the NPR clip about your CD, and brought my Airedale terrier into the room to listen to Squeaky Deakey, Scratch my Back, and You’re a Good Dog. She is very atuned to music, as I teach piano, and she considers the piano studio to be her “space”. She cavorted to “Scratch My Back” and was calmly listening to “You’re a Good Dog”. I will continue to play the clip for her every day until I can get the CD. Please tell me how!
Thanks - Claire and Andie Airedale

My three dogs loooove the squeaky deaky song - I play the sample on the repeat mode to keep them satisfied. Thanks for letting me know the CDs have shipped. This will certainly make the wee bits happy!
Happiest of holidays! - Carole

I have to tell you this.. I was listening to NPR, Scott Simon this morning when you were playing some clips of your “Songs to make dogs happy” when the song, “Squeaky-deaky” came on.
I have a 2 year old boxer who came BOUNDING into the kitchen and “watched” the radio. At first she just scunched up her forehead and turned her head from one side to the other as she listened to the song. Then her little stubby tail starting wagging, slowly at first and then her tail began wagging her whole BODY!! She started making a high pitched howl as though she were “singing” along with the music! Zelda then ran out of the kitchen, grabbed her own “Squeaky-deaky” sock monkey, came back in and started squeaking her toy at the radio while the song finished. I have never seen her “listen” to the radio before, but as soon as I finish this email I’m heading off to Borders Music (in the pouring down snow) to get this CD for her. I know she’ll love the rest of it, too !!
Thanks for a great start to my morning! - Judy Milton

Dear Skip,
I have to tell you about this. Last night was the third time for our playing your new CD “Songs To Make Dogs Happy”. I sang some of it to him, we danced, and just hung out. Then I left on an errand. My 17 year old daughter was in her room studying. Her door was closed when she heard a clack onto the hardwood floor outside her door. Apparently our dog Sandy didn’t get enough
of the music and wanted to listen to more. The sound my daughter heard was “Songs” jewel case dropping to floor. It’s hard to believe but the dog had to have picked up it up and dropped it outside her closed door. He is half Dauchaund and half Golden Retiever.
What great songs. (What a great dog!)
Thank you Skip.
Thanks again-  Marian Liljequist
